Bill Alter
Vice President
Bill was among the original founders of AZSA and has been an officer since its inception. Bill is a commercial real estate broker who, since 1986, has specialized exclusively in representing sellers and buyers of self-storage properties. Diane Gibson
Secretary
Diane is the owner of Cox’s Armored Mini Storage Management, Inc., a management company specializing in mini storage management. She currently manages 14 storage facilities and is a part of the ownership interest. Her professional experience also includes 23 years in property management and accounting with various inter-related companies of a developer in the Phoenix area. Diane serves as AZSA Secretary and sits on the Communications and Tradeshow Committees.

Ted Williams
Treasurer
Ted has been a licensed General Contractor by the State of Arizona since 1980 and built his first mini-storage facility in 1981. He has constructed 35 mini-storage facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas, totaling of over 1.6 million square feet. Ted holds a BS in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He has participated in leadership with the Boy Scouts of America at various levels and is a member of Rotary International, having served as Club President, District Governor, RI Presidents Personal Representatives for 3 Presidents and Assisted General Chairman for the RI Task Force on Family Values.

Poppy Behrens
Director
Poppy Behrens is the Publisher of MiniCo, Inc. publishers of Mini-Storage Messenger, Self-Storage Now, the Self-Storage Almanac and Development Handbook, Mobile Self-Storage Magazine, RV & Boat Storage Today, and Self-Storage Canada. Since joining MiniCo in 2000, Poppy has become actively involved in the self-storage community through serving, among other appointments, on the trade show program development committee for the Arizona Self Storage Association. Prior to joining MiniCo, she was the Associate Editor of Newport Beach magazine and worked as a freelance writer since 1990. Poppy is also a member of the American Society of Business Publication Editors.

Allan Bulman
Director
Allan has owned or managed mini-storages since 1983 and was one of the three original founders of AZSA. He has been in business since 1973 as a developer and general contractor and is also a real estate broker specializing in mini-storage and commercial property management. Allan has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1987.

Don Favreau
Director
Don Favreau is an Area Manager for Uncle Bob’s Self-Storage,
managing stores in Arizona
and Colorado.
He began his career with Shurgard in 1987 and has continued in and around the
self-storage industry ever since. With Shurgard, Don was responsible for West
Coast operations and was involved with Shurgard of Europe. He worked for MiniCo
as they introduced the self-storage concept in Hong Kong.
Don got his BA from BYU and his MBA from University of Phoenix.

Bill Green
Director
Bill is the owner of the Double J Court Self Storage in Wickenburg,
Arizona. After graduation with a BBA degree from Washburn University in
Topeka, Kansas, Bill was a very active Realtor for 30 years. He operated
his own real estate company until 1980, when he moved his family to
Wickenburg. In 1994, he built his storage facility and was awarded
"Facility of the Year" by the Mini-Storage Messenger magazine.
He works daily at the main location which also operates three other satellite
locations in Wickenburg. Bill is very active with the Chamber of Commerce
which awarded him its Community Service Award along with its Beautification Award for his facility. He currently serves as the AZSA
chair of the Yavapai County area and is the head of the AZSA Membership

Kent Greenwald
Director
Kent is Senior Vice-President of Self Storage Brokerage for Insight Land & Investments and has been involved in the sale of more than 80 self-storage properties. His self-storage brokerage group offers nationwide exposure for sellers and buyers. He maintains a self-storage buyer/seller database program that provides matches under the most challenging sale conditions. Kent currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Mel Holsinger
Director
Mel has previously served on the board while at Executive Self Storage Associates, Inc. In 2004 he left Executive and formed his own management company, Professional Self Storage Management, LLC. He currently manages 24 self-storage properties in Arizona and also owns two self-storage properties. His company also operates in Texas and Mississippi. Mel has been in the self-storage industry since 1984 and has owned and operated properties since 1987.

Gregory G. Kreizenbeck
Director
Greg is CEO of Pacific Land & Investment, LLC operating in Arizona and Hawaii. StorSecure Self-Storage @ Hawaii Kai, LLC received top honors and was named MiniCo’s Self-Storage Messenger's “2006 Outstanding Facility of the Year” award. Greg has more than 35 years of real estate development experience spanning the U.S. from Hawaii to Puerto Rico as the CEO of both private and public companies. Greg has served as chair of the Planning & Zoning Commission and as a member of the Design Review Commission. He is a past member of YPO and a member in good standing of CEO, the Chief Executives Organization. Greg is also past president of the Arizona Self Storage Association.

Richard Marmor
Director
Richard served three years as AZSA's founding president. An attorney, he currently chairs AZSA's Legal & Legislative subcommittee and is AZSA'S lobbyist at the Arizona Legislature. He has been instrumental in creating many of AZSA's biggest undertakings, including late fee and motor vehicle auction legislation, as well as protecting the Arizona storage industry from a variety of potentially harmful bills introduced in the legislature. Richard's is a familiar face to storage operators in Arizona. He regularly speaks on industry topics around the state. Richard has been in the mini-storage business since 1982. He operates self-storage in Phoenix, and works as a consultant to AZSA and to other storage operators.

Ray McRae
Director
Raymond E. McRae is the Vice President and Director of Operations for Storage Solutions, a development and self-storage management company with facilities in Arizona and the other Southwestern states. Ray’s experience in self-storage spans 25 years with his career prior to Storage Solutions spent at U-Haul Moving and Storage and U-Haul Company of Chicago Metroplex.

Travis Morrow
Director
Travis Morrow began his career in self storage as a finance intern for National Self Storage. After a two-year activation with the Arizona Army National Guard, Mr. Morrow rejoined National Self Storage as the Consulting Division Manager. In January 2006, Mr. Morrow was promoted to Vice President of the company. He is responsible for the acquisition, development, operations, and growth of National Self Storage into the future. Mr. Morrow also stays active within state associations, currently serving as a director on both the Arizona and Nevada Self Storage Associations. Travis Morrow received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Arizona, Tucson in May 2003. Mr. Morrow is the designated real estate broker for National Self Storage Management, Inc. in Arizona.

Chris Rudel
Director
Chris has built, owned and operated self-storage facilities in the Phoenix area for over 28 years. He has been involved in real estate development for 30 years in the Arizona and Nevada markets. He is a licensed general contractor, real estate broker and has served as president of AZSA.
